THE CLIENT
Monkey Insurance is a company that specialises in selling bike insurance within the UK market.
The company had just finished re-launching a newly designed website and had lost a significant amount of their organic rankings and traffic, leading to a decline in overall lead volume.
They were losing ground in local Google search results for their priority keywords, had a mess of broken pages and lead forms on their live website, and were seeking a long-term partner to come in, clean things and improve rankings and website lead generation.
THE PLAN
A full technical review to clean up the poor CMS migration. This would need to include everything from broken pages to errant code from previous developers.
Improve the User Experience (UX) on the site to address issues with conversions, particularly on mobile devices.
Clean up local landing pages (keyword research, on-page optimisations) and acquire targeted links to correct the nosedive in Google’s local rankings.
